【Yamazato X Saffron Four-hands Dinner】

When the elegance of Japanese cuisine meets the spontaneity of Thai dishes, what kind of sparks will fly?

Chef Hayashi Hideaki, with nearly 40 years of culinary expertise, has come from The Okura Tokyo to serve as the Executive Chef of Yamazato at Galaxy Macau. For the first time, he will collaborate with Jan Ruangnukulkit, Thai Executive Chef of Saffron, to present a feast that blends the essence of Japanese and Thai cuisine.

The two chefs will take you on a journey through the freshness and deliciousness of seasonal ingredients. From delicate sashimi to a tangy and enticing Thai main course, and crispy, delectable fried dishes, each meal is a visual and gastronomic delight. Marco Chan, the first sommelier in Macau to be certified as “International Sake Lecturer” and “International Master Sommelier of Sake”, will pair five selected sakes to elevate your taste experience to the highest level. Additionally, each guest will receive an exquisite gift as a memento.
