【Exquisite Autumn Kannazuki Kaiseki】
As autumn arrives, Yamazato under the new leadership of Hayashi Hideaki, uses seasonal ingredients to create an unforgettable gourmet experience. Featuring Japan’s most iconic autumn fruit, persimmon, paired with soft tofu, shrimp and earthy vegetables, each bite is filled with the flavors of the season. The menu also includes slow-cooked Sweetfish, unique to autumn, which is fresh and succulent. The grilled dish features the delicious Hyogo tilefish paired with fluffy taro and rich sea urchin sauce, offering a luxurious taste. The Kannazuki Kaiseki is only available in October.
