Legend Palace Hotel and Harbourview Hotel present to you the Meridian and Meditation Healing Course, designed to soothe your mind and relax your body! Taught by the Chief Coach of Macau Wudang Tai Chi Culture Association, this program integrates meridian unblocking, Qi healing, and meditation. Through action guidance, it promotes the circulation of qi and blood; while breathing exercises harmonize your internal balance. Meditation sessions guide you to release stress through seated meditation, restoring inner peace. Quota is limited, so please call us immediately for inquiries!
