美高梅與社保首次聯合舉辦央積金路演圓滿成功
美高梅非常榮幸地邀請澳門社會保障基金代表親臨共同舉辦非強制性中央公積金制度(央積金)路演推廣活動。在這次活動中，社會保障基金的代表致力讓美高梅的團隊成員更深入了解央積金制度的特點和優勢，並向他們介紹可透過 “一戶通”查詢央積金帳戶概況，加強他們對制度的關注和認識，從而及早為退休生活進行規劃。
社會保障基金行政管理委員會副主席陳寶雲女士及中央公積金制度廳廳長楊婉麗女士亦親自到場推廣，耐心為團隊成員解答各種疑問。活動期間更設有央積金資訊查詢和遊戲攤位，吸引了逾千名團隊成員踴躍參與。
美高梅作為首批參與非強制性中央公積金制度的大型休閒企業，一直關心團隊成員的退休保障，亦積極推廣相關制度並鼓勵團隊成員加入。藉著活動讓所有團隊成員更了解該制度及自身權益，及早規劃及穩固退休生活。
MGM’s First Joint Roadshow with the Macau Social Security Fund Empowered Employees’ Retirement Planning
MGM is honored to invite the Macau Social Security Fund (FSS) to host a joint promotional roadshow for the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund System (NMCPF System). During the event, representatives from FSS strived to help MGM team members gain a deeper understanding of the features and advantages of the NMCPF System. They introduced the process of checking their Central Provident Fund account details through Macao One Account, enhancing their awareness, and empowering their retirement planning.
Ms. Chan Pou Wan, Vice President of the Social Security Fund Administrative Management Committee, and Ms. Ieong Iun Lai, Head of Department of Central Provident Fund System, attended the event and chatted with our team members about their retirement goals and answered their questions. This event, consisting of retirement planning consultations and game booths, attracted an enthusiastic participation from thousands of team members.
As one of the earliest participating hospitality employers in the NMCPF System, the company is always committed to supporting our team members with their retirement planning and proactively encourages team members to join NMCPF. This event aims to enhance all team members’ understanding of the system and their individual rights, facilitating early planning and preparing for a successful retirement.
