Legend Palace Hotel is launching the Wing Chun course to energize your body ! Combining traditional stance training with gentle Wing Chun skills, our course helps to regulate your breath, strengthen your lower body, and establish a foundation for wellness! Our courses are instructed by senior Wing Chun coach from the Hong Kong Sports Association. The course incorporates stance training to enhance blood circulation, improve posture, and pair it with simple Wing Chun movements to stretch your muscles, relax your body and mind 🥰, release stress, and improve coordination at the same time.
