The menu is a round-up of the season’s best produce, beginning with a sweet and sour nanbanzuke of our fish of the day, followed by fresh and house-smoked sashimi. As the delicate umami-smokiness still lingers in your mouth, a tantalizing experience is ready to unfold at the teppan grill. With great skill and precision, our chef deftly prepares your choice of plump abalone or fresh lobster to succulent perfection.
Teppanyaki wagyu is another pride of the restaurant. Delicately balanced between lean meat and fine streaks of fat, our Oda wagyu are sourced directly from Kagoshima. With a sensational combination of wagyu, king crab, and sakura shrimp in your fried rice, and refreshingly sweet seasonal fruits as the finishing touch, this omakase lunch will delight even the most discerning gastronomes.
