Deep-fried Prawn Dumplings with Hairy Crab Roe; Steamed Cristal Blue Shrimp Dumplings with Superior Broth and Hairy Crab Roe, and the Steamed Pea Sprouts Dumplings with Hairy Crab Roe are exclusively served during lunch.
