🏻Helmed by the celebrated Chef Sam Sham, the restaurant will introduce a unique culinary concept that contemporizes heritage dishes 🥘through traditional techniques and today’s elegance, blended with sustainably sourced and nearly-forgotten ingredients. 由行政總廚岑永安先生掌舵,中餐廳將以獨特的飲食文化理念打造獨具特色的概念粤菜,以最經典之古法廚藝,注入現代氣息,箇中更選用可持續及懷舊食材,締造最為極緻完美的餐饗體驗。
An array of exquisite dim sum will be available from Jan 19 onwards for lunch from 11:00 to 15:00, and dinner will be especially ready for you from Jan 31 - Feb 6 from 18:00 to 22:00.由1月19日起,要品嚐一系列精美的點心,午市設於上午十一時 至 下午三時;中餐廳更於1月31日至2月6日新春期間,特設由晚上六時 至 十時晚市。
